Born on 2nd October 1981, he attended his Primary and Junior Secondary in Bichi L.G and Secondary Dawakin Tofa, and moved to New York, United States for his Bachelor's Degree and Master in Energy Management from New York Institue of Technology, USA
Hon. Abba Kabir Bichi is an elected member of House of Assembly representing Bichi Constituency since 2019. He has served as Chairman of the House Committee on Works where he oversight major federal & infastracture projects He is also currently serving as Chairman of the House on Appropiation and Chairman on Federal Character.
